About this position
Your main role is to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SMT production lines, conduct process validations, and implement improvements.
Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SMT production lines.
• Conduct process validations and implement improvements.
• Train and guide operators on SMT equipment and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
• Monitor and analyze process performance, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Maintain and improve machine efficiency, including solder paste printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.
• Develop and optimize SMT processes to ensure efficient production.
Requirements
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in SMT processes (preferred for experienced candidates).
• Strong knowledge of SMT machines and equipment.
• Ability to analyze and solve production issues efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
