Delta Thailand has also been aggressively growing our solution businesses in EV chargers, industrial automation, data center infrastructure and energy management in the region.

About this position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Secretary and Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure efficient office operations. Proficiency in English is essential, and Chinese language skills will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for management or assigned personnel.
• Draft, format, and edit correspondence, reports, and documents accurately and professionally.
• Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.
• Oversee daily office tasks, including ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as emails, calls, and mail.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for management and staff as required.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support office needs.
• Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years in a secretarial or administrative role.
• Familiarity with multinational or multicultural environments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal); Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
