About this position

To position is responsible for QE position to support R&D- Custom Design Business Unit.

Responsibilities

Your main role is to:
• Responsible for implementation and effectiveness of the product qualification & reliability program activities.
• Analyze of customer’s specifications, creation of test plans, procedures, reports and guideline.
• Work directly with product design engineers to define selection and implementation of reliability engineering tools.
• Derive the Quality plan with respect to the specifications which needs to be done in close communication with the product management and development.
• Implement systematic defining reliability allocations for components, modules, and subsystems that meet system reliability targets in a wide range of environmental or usage conditions.
• Apply concurrent engineering to analyze the design and test results, define potential improvements and ensure reliability program growth into deployment.
• Apply existing industrial standards in qualification process and maintain revisions for internal standards including hearing aid standards.
• Develop new process and test methods to qualify processes and products.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics or Electrical (New graduates are welcomed).
• 0-2 years experiences as electronics industry.
• Good knowledge on Electronics Circuit Experience with circuit design, analysis, troubleshooting, and testing, electronics root cause analysis, aligned quality standards and targets.
• Good knowledge of electronics diagrams/schematics, and reasonable understanding of electronics device.
• Good Programming language skills: Labview, .Net, C++, C#.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good Team player and strong self-starter.
• Good Attitude and able to work under pressure.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Understand Acceleration Factor Modelling High Temperature/Humidity, Thermal Cycling to use in Accelerated Life test.
• Experience in key reliability analysis tools such as Weibull, Reliasoft or equivalent software package.
• Capable of evaluating the effectiveness of different stress test types, such as HALT, HASA, ALT and Burn In. With the test strength equation to optimize early life test programs.
• Have a knowledge in understanding the statistics, distribution and probability models of failure to define optimum reliability test sample sizes and test time.
• Understand the Reliability prediction models, Telcordia SR332, MIL217F, IEC61709/SN29500.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of EMC standard and test.
