About this position

We are looking for both QMS Engineer and QMS Sr. Engineer positions.

Responsibilities

Your main role is to:
• Assist QMS Manager/QMR to define Quality Process Management to meet Customer Specific Requirements about Quality Management System IATF16949, VDA Volume, Quality Core Tools.
• Conduct Internal Audit Activities (IATF16949 System Audit, VDA 6.3 Process Audit).
• Conduct External Audit Activities (IATF16949 CB Audit, Customer Audit and Special 3rd Party Audit).
• Review Customer Specific Requirements (IATF16949 CSRs and Customer Standards).
• Support Documented Information Control and Change Management.
• Additional Job will be assigned by Section Head or Manager.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor Degree in Electronic/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics/Applied Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related Engineering fields. Master's degree or Higher will be considered.
• Experience in Automotive Industries, Automotive Electronics Industries, Electronics Industries or Aerospace.
• Certified on IATF16949 Requirements, Internal Auditor and Automotive Core Tools.
• Certified VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Card (5-Day Training) will be considered.
• Quality Software Skills such as Document Control Software, Statistical Software and FMEA & Control Plan Software will be considered.
• Good English Reading, Writing and Speaking Skills.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Can-do Attitude, Eager to Learn and Continual Improvement.
• Chinese conversational skill would be a plus.

Knowledge Requirement:
• QC Flowchart, Procedure, Work Instruction and quality record.
• SAP application and Work Flow.
• Standard requirements for Electronics / Electrical Assembly.
• IATF16949 requirements and Implementation.
• Core tools : APQP, PPAP , SPC , MSA and etc…..(6 pack).
• VDA6.3 Process Audit.
