Our current power management products include power systems for information technology, automotive, telecommunications, industrial applications, office automation, medical industries, EV chargers, DC-DC converters and adapters. Delta Thailand has also been aggressively growing our solution businesses in EV chargers, industrial automation, data center infrastructure and energy management in the region.

About this position

We are looking for a Quality Management Systems (QMS) Engineer who will be a part of our team and help us improve quality management as the following detail.

Responsibilities

Your main role is to:
• Establish and oversee the quality management system and lead team training and management at our Thailand factory.
• Introduce and implement the IATF16949 quality management system to enhance operational efficiency within the QMS.
• Plan and conduct annual internal reviews and periodic audits in compliance with ISO9001, IATF16949, VAD6.3, and VDA6.5 standards.
• Review and assess customer quality control systems to ensure alignment with company standards.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements, facilitate plant adaptations, and sustain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?
• Proficient in using Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with the requirements of ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, and VDA6.5, particularly for the automotive industry.
• Proficient in quality systems and familiar with the five core tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and SPC.
• Experience in implementing and operating ISO9001 and IATF16949 international Quality Management Systems, adhering to customer requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage high work pressure.
• High proficiency in English. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
