Delta Thailand has also been aggressively growing our solution businesses in EV chargers, industrial automation, data center infrastructure and energy management in the region.

About this position

We are looking for a Design Quality Analysis Engineer / Sr. Engineer who will be a part of our teams and help us improve quality management.

Responsibilities

Your main role is to:
• Actively participate in cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate KPI tracking and monitoring.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to management.
• Problem-Solving and Quality Improvement: Utilize 8D problem-solving techniques to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Gain proficiency in various systems, including SAP and MES, to efficiently track KPIs and contribute to system implementation projects.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor of Electronics/Electrical Engineering (EE) or related fields
• At least 2-5 years' experiences in Design Quality or Quality Management
• Familiar with electronic and/or automotive product manufacturing process
• English conversation and presentation skills
• Strong data analysis (with programming capability is a plus).
• Have NPI experience with EE/TE/QE background is preferred.
• Familiar with automotive standards such as IATF/VDA6.3
• Hands-on experience in working in automotive environment and strong knowledge in IATF/VDA 6.3, 5 Core tools (APQP,PPAP,FMEA,MSA,SPC)
• Good communication/collaboration.
• Chinese or Japanese language is a plus.
