About this position

We are looking for a QA / IPQC Engineer to lead a group of IPQC inspectors to perform activities ensuring that products are manufactured according to normal standard processes on the aspect of 4m's and therefore ensure product.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audits on work standards and processes, ensuring compliance with operational instructions.
• Conduct audits for current or re-run models using BOM, FN, PCN, and ECN references.
• Carry out critical material, product, and process audits in line with approved standards and checklists.
• Establish and monitor control parameters through an effective IPQC system.
• Provide continuous training and upgrades for the IPQC team to enhance inspection quality.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to take preventive action on mass production issues.
• Ensure process and product quality meet customer requirements and initiate continuous improvement plans.
• Train subordinates and departments on standard requirements, customer expectations, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, Science, Applied Science, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with creativity, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain enthusiasm and energy.
• Team-oriented with a desire to collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in quality control or assurance, is a plus.
