About this position
Responsibilities
• Communicating with customers to prevent information asymmetry.
• Viability assessment and implementation of ECN.
• Executing and maintaining the corporate project system.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate product features and benefits clearly and effectively to customers. This includes both verbal and written communication.
• Persuasion and Negotiation: Strong skills in persuading customers to purchase and negotiating deals that benefit both the customer and the shop.
• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Sales Techniques: Knowledge of various sales techniques such as upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales effectively.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Category; Business and Management Category; Chinese and Humanities Category.
• Ability to communicate effectively, including writing skill in English and/or Chinese would be advantage.
• Ability to work under complex condition and time constraint, self-development, conflict/problem resolution and problem solving skills.
• Positive and logical thinking, able to work as a team and work on any critical situation, and time pressure.
• Good in Excel; Outlook; PowerPoint.
• Professional skill. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, cadcam and ERP.
