About this position

The PMM/Factory Sales role is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to effectively address customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Your main role is to:
• Order Fulfillment: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from order placement to delivery.
• Production Scheduling: Coordinate production schedules to align with customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Demand and Resource Management: Analyze customer demand and allocate company resources accordingly to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Complaint and Quality Management: Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Customer Expectation Management: Proactively manage customer expectations, providing timely updates and addressing concerns.
• Account Receivable Management: Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment collection.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with key customers, providing weekly status updates and conducting evening conference calls with North American clients.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, International Business, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently and self-motivation.
• Experience in production planning or customer service.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Language Proficiency:
• Thai: Excellent (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• English: Good (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Chinese: Nice to have (listening, speaking).
