About this position

The Plant HR Business Partner Sr. Officer (Bangpoo) is responsible for analyzing plant requirements and collaborating with the SEA HR COE team to develop and execute HR solutions, programs, and policies. This role involves managing people processes, providing performance management guidance, and handling complex employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes the MFG plant requirement and work with SEA HR COE team to develop/execute solutions, programs and policies in terms of TA / L&D / OD / HRIS / ER / C&B.
• Assist the MFG plant to analyze and manage the people process improvement project, manpower issue analysis, organization unit restructures, workforce planning, HR report analysis and succession planning.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). At the same time, conduct the necessary interview, such as performance interview, talent interview and exit interview.
• Manages and provide recommendation to complex employee relations issues and conducts the investigations when necessary to fulfill the company regulation.

Requirements

• 5 – 10 years above of work experiences in human resources filed, at least with 2 functions experiences (e.g recruitment + training or C&B).
• Service mind with excellent skill in follow-up skill and driving for result.
• Outstanding English proficiency and any 2nd language ability (such as Chinese) is a plus.
• Excellence in communication and presentation preparation skill.
• Strong logical thinking and attention to details.
