About this position

Your main role is to analyze the MFG plant requirement and work with the SEA HR COE team to develop/execute solutions, programs, and policies in terms of TA / L&D / OD / HRIS / ER / C&B.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the MFG plant requirement and work with the SEA HR COE team to develop/execute solutions, programs, and policies in terms of TA / L&D / OD / HRIS / ER / C&B.
• Assist the MFG plant in analyzing and managing the people process improvement project, manpower issue analysis, organization unit restructures, workforce planning, HR report analysis, and succession planning.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). At the same time, conduct the necessary interviews, such as performance interviews, talent interviews, and exit interviews.
• Manages and provides recommendations to complex employee relations issues and conducts investigations when necessary to fulfill company regulations.

Requirements

• 5 – 10 years above of work experience in the human resources field, at least with 2 functions experiences (e.g recruitment + training or C&B).
• Service mind with excellent skill in follow-up skills and driving for the result.
• Outstanding English proficiency and any 2nd language ability (such as Chinese) is a plus.
• Excellence in communication and presentation preparation skills.
• Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Having experience in the manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
