New Product Senior Engineer (Bangpoo)
About this position
Responsibilities
• To ensure that production runs smoothly by providing them feedback and corrective action on rejected units due to electrical problems. To work with other supporting departments in carrying out above tasks. To check effectiveness of solution and take necessary follow up action.
• To improve production yield by installing measures to prevent electrical problem.
• To provide proper documentation of problems and corrective actions with the use of existing forms. Ensure monthly reports to customer are done in time.
• To interface and communicate with design centers on product or design related issues.
• Coordinate control runs initiated by design centers in order to improve product quality and productivity. To feedback to design center on results of control run.
• To do failure analysis on components that is suspected to be cause of problem. To review corrective action effectiveness by supplier.
• To participate in new product introduction from EVT stage up to mass production stage. To provide test data failure analysis report and review test program as well as CPK data.
• To participate in FN and ECN meeting and review FN/ECN in terms of form fit and function.
• To identify design or component related problems during production and provide appropriate solution to enable production to continue operation.
• To update supervisor on status of any urgent and outstanding issues, which need higher-level attention and action.
• To provide guidance and direction to technicians assigned to him.
• To perform special tasks and assignments given by supervisor.
Requirements
• Master's degree in electronic or electrical Related Field.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience related field
• Good communication in English both of writing and conversation
• Be familiar with electronic parts and shall acquire certain knowledge about the circuit analysis.
• Strong knowledge and skill in various operation system
• The desire to be a strong team player
