About this position

Your main role is to oversee the daily operations of single-function, section-level teams to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of single-function, section-level teams to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Researching and evaluating advanced tools and machinery to enhance productivity and performance.
• Conducting studies on solder welding technology to drive technical advancements.
• Providing training and development opportunities to subordinates to improve their skills and competencies.
• Organizing departmental tasks and ensuring the achievement of organizational objectives.
• Coordinating and executing technical projects to meet specified requirements and deadlines.
• Analyzing the interaction between solder and layout designs for new models to optimize product quality.
• Managing subordinate performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience of greater than 8 years of mechanical engineering field.
• Fluent in English communication skills.
• Experience in Project implementation.
• Flexible approach to working hours as issues arise.
• Expertise in factory equipment planning and optimization.
• Proficiency in planning and implementing new production technologies.
• Competence in developing equipment maintenance standards, inspection procedures, and related planning activities.
• Capability in designing mechanical structures and components.
• Skilled in conducting manufacturing process capability analyses, including 8D problem-solving, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Proficient in utilizing graphic design software, such as AutoCAD, for technical and engineering applications.
