About this position

We are looking for the Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer who will be a part of our team.

Responsibilities

Your main role is to
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities.
• Inspect and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Ensuring that machinery and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime.
• Prepare maintenance and repair reports.
• Adhere to safety standards and company regulations.
• Establishing and reviewing machine maintenance procedure, work instruction and protocols to optimization machine performance, product quality and maintenance effectiveness.
• Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment.
• Procuring, testing, and commissioning specialist parts, Jig, and fixtures.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth maintenance operations.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or another related field.
• At least 1 - 3 years of experience in maintenance.
• Special Knowledge or Talent: Maintenance concept / Problem-solving
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Solid work/ Auto cad skill is preferable.
• Able to design and build jig-fixture, machine and machine parts.
• If able to use PLC Program, Robot control, will be an advantage.
• Able to work both day shift and night shift.
