Learning and Development Sr. Officer - MFG Training (Bangpoo)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Assists to implement the methodologies to ensure that training activities are designed and tailored to learners’ needs and also focuses on building skills and expectations for collaborative development.
• Works independently as the executive secretary to handle the operations of Manufacturing and Operations Training Committee.
• Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials to align with the business direction of the company.
• Support in quality assurance of new and existing training courses and activities.
• Creates, organizes, plans and presents various forms of training activity, especially in the manufacturing area.
• Be proactive and curious of new things, maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
• Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers and instructors in multiple languages.
• Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations and videos.
• Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of training experience required.
• English conversational skills.
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative working style.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
• Manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
