About this position
Responsibilities
• Sales Development Strategy:
• Collaborate with Sales team to identify critical competencies and skill gaps.
• Design and implement comprehensive development programs tailored to various levels and roles.
• Develop and execute succession planning strategies to ensure learning continuity.
• Training Program Design and Delivery:
• Develop engaging and effective training programs, including workshops, coaching, and mentoring.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods (e.g., lectures, case studies, simulations, role-playing) to enhance learning.
• Facilitate interactive learning experiences that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Learning and Development Initiatives:
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development requirements.
• Develop and implement innovative learning solutions, including e-learning modules and virtual training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and evaluation results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in leadership development.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in learning and development
• Sales or Sales Support experiences is a plus
• Strong command of English conversational skills
• Chinese conversational ability is a plus
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
• Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design
• Ability to build strong relationships with leaders at all levels
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., LMS, Microsoft Office Suite)
