About this position

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer (Productivity Improvement) to monitor and drive plant KPIs, ensure adequate manpower resources, and improve factory operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and driving plant KPI to achieve the target
• Be a factory contact window to co-work with all departments to let the projects/activities go smoothly.
• Ensuring the company has the adequate and suitable manpower resources to run production
• Utilize data to come out the dashboard to improve factory matters
• Track and report on the status of factory data such as survey, training, etc.
• Controlling the budget in every section: manpower, department expenses, etc.
• Monitoring machine utilization, OEE, achieved rate, FPYR, cost reduction, etc.
• Improve the working environment to encourage all staff’s working.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial engineering
• Over 2 years' experience as the electronics or related fields
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Ability to communicate in Chinese listening/speaking is optional.
• Excellent time management skills for working within established timelines and schedules.
• Microsoft Office Program Excel / PowerPoint / Word
• Application and introduction of automation equipment knowledge
