The company has been at the forefront of power management solutions and the manufacturing electronic components, i.e. cooling fan, electromagnetic interference filter (EMI) and solenoid. Our current power management products include power systems for information technology, automotive, telecommunications, industrial applications, office automation, medical industries, EV chargers, DC-DC converters and adapters. Delta Thailand has also been aggressively growing our solution businesses in EV chargers, industrial automation, data center infrastructure and energy management in the region.
Your main role is to coordinate mass production setup for new products and enhance manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate mass production setup for new products.
• Maintain SAP routings and establish standard times.
• Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes.
• Improve production capacity and reduce costs.
• Develop SOPs and conduct shop floor training.
• Establish work standards and SOPs.
• Introduce and enhance IE tools.
• Measure and optimize line balance, and create production flow charts.
• Assess production capacity, manpower requirements, and equipment needs for each model.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• 1-3 years of related work experience, or new graduates are welcome.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
