HR Expatriation Senior Officer - Chinese Speaking (Bangpoo)
About this position
Responsibilities
Your main role is to:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for expatriates, providing information and assistance throughout their relocation process.
• Manage and coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new expatriates.
• Maintain regular communication with expatriates to address any concerns or questions.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of expat arrangement, including visa, work permit, accommodation, relocation services, and children's education.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
• Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of all documentation related to visas, work permits, and employee records.
• Process payments and expenses related to expatriate welfare and business expenses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of new hire information and benefits for expatriates.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and information.
• Handle insurance, travel, and other welfare matters.
• Support project planning and execution as assigned.
Requirements
Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in expatriate management
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills
• Experience working in a manufacturing and multicultural environment preferred
