The General Affairs [Canteen Management] position at Bangpoo involves overseeing canteen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, managing staff, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Execute and Regulate Contracts for Vendor Use of Cafeteria Areas and Automated Systems.
• Facilitate the Acquisition of Food Sales Licenses and Clean Food Good Taste Certification.
• Oversee Canteen Management, Ensuring Staff Compliance with Food Sanitation Regulations, Cleanliness Standards, and Equipment Availability.
• Manage Overseas Staff to Ensure Adherence to Thailand’s Employment Requirements.
• Ensure Food Handlers Receive Comprehensive Training in Food Safety and Company Policies.
• Conduct Sanitary Inspections of the Canteen in Accordance with Clean Food Good Taste Standards.
• Monitor Cafeteria Services to Assess and Ensure Customer Satisfaction Meets Established Standards.
• Coordinate with the Team, Customers, and Service Providers to Enhance Service Quality.
• Request and Manage the Payment System and Handle Financial Transactions with Canteen Vendors and Vending Machines.
• Supervise and Ensure Adequate Food Supply in the Cafeteria During Regular Hours and Overtime on Holidays at Delta.
• Prepare and Maintain Essential Equipment and Systems within the Canteen.
• Supervise and Ensure Canteen Operations Do Not Negatively Impact the Environment or Violate Labor, Safety, or Food Sanitation Laws, Including Compliance with Other Relevant Regulations and Company Policies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Food science, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service management, canteen operations, or a related field.
• Certification in Food Safety, Sanitation, or related areas is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP, Clean Food Good Taste standards, SAN).
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to assess and enhance service quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills/ able to communicate in English and Chinese Languages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
