Field Application Engineer (FAE) - Indoor Air Quality products (Udomsuk, Bangna)
About this position
We are seeking a driven and technical Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to join our team, focusing on pre-sales activities for our innovative Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products. You will play a crucial role in identifying customer needs, proposing effective solutions, and building strong relationships with key partners in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
Your main role is to:
• Analyze project specifications and identify opportunities to integrate our IAQ solutions into condominium projects.
• Collaborate with M&E designers (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to understand project requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct thorough site surveys to gather technical data and inform proposal development.
• Translate customer needs into comprehensive technical proposals that showcase the benefits and functionalities of our IAQ products.
• Generate technical documents such as shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and other project-specific materials.
• Deliver engaging product presentations to customers and relevant stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during the sales cycle, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Foster strong relationships with M&E designers and other industry partners to expand our market reach.
Requirements
Who are we looking for?
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Prior experience in residential ventilation systems is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to prepare construction drawings, including architectural and technical specifications.
• Familiarity and experience working collaboratively with M&E designers.
• Comfort working on-site at construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• A team player with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage workload efficiently.
