About this position

Your main role is to manage all resources and subordinates according to top management policy, ensuring effective planning and control to achieve company targets.

Responsibilities

• To manage all & arrange all resource & subordinates according to top management policy.
• Set up policy of department.
• To do plan & arrange Facility to fully support.
• To control budget of department to achieve target.
• To do effective planning & control manpower in department.
• To indicate, training, encourage & support all subordinates in order to improve their abilities and knowledge.
• Support all subordinates work to achieve company target.
• Do appraisals for all subordinates.
• To control all subordinates to follow company regulation, safety & housekeeping policy.
• To manage & control labor & overhead cost achieve company target.
• Set up standard system & apply new technology on machine equipment & process.
• Coordinate with other department & oversea to improve working by effective and get better quality.
• Buildup & encourage all subordinates to work as a team to achieve company goal.
• Do assigned jobs according to Supervisor.
• Support to plant manager assignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or high in related field.
• More than 10 years of related experiences.
• Waste management and declaration.
• Factory power distribution system, energy efficiency management.
• Construction specifications for hydropower installation and on-site busbar construction.
• Environmental occupational health and safety related laws and regulations.
