Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited has grown from strength to strength since our founding in 1988. Today Delta Thailand has become the regional business head office and manufacturing center for our businesses in India and Southeast Asia. The company has been at the forefront of power management solutions and the manufacturing electronic components, i.e. cooling fan, electromagnetic interference filter (EMI) and solenoid. Our current power management products include power systems for information technology, automotive, telecommunications, industrial applications, office automation, medical industries, EV chargers, DC-DC converters and adapters. Delta Thailand has also been aggressively growing our solution businesses in EV chargers, industrial automation, data center infrastructure and energy management in the region.
Your main role is to ensure the implementation of targets, maintain major machines and equipment, and uphold company policies.
Responsibilities
• Fix the targets implementation, maintain major machines, equipment, and policy of the company.
• Plan to improve and supervise IT accordingly and orderly to avoid lost time in production line.
• Assist and instruct the correct way and skinless to get efficiency and quality.
• Plan the targets and arrange propaganda for energy saving and prepare monthly to manager.
• Supervise every step to performance to get maximum safety including house - keeping of 5S policy.
• Assess performance once a month in order to during to tech and technicians properly.
• Study; design the job system within responsibility including decorating the building and factory area.
• Approve the job requesting of each section within the department.
• Prepare plan, project and process activity of ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 and etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or related filed.
• Have experiences more than 3 years in maintenance, facility and construction.
• Good command in English (Chines will be advantage).
• Available to work overtime and on holiday if necessary (This will be paid follow the company's policy).
• Good computer skills in MS. Excel, Power Point, Word.
