Employee Relations Manager (Bangpoo)
About this position
The Employee Relations Manager will focus on enhancing employee engagement through effective communication and various initiatives, while managing employee grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver internal communication, planning, and periodical activities, to increase levels of employee engagement.
• Deliver communication plans and materials for the change programs that are significant to the organization’s operating model and people management.
• Lead on developing and implementing a new engagement platform, survey, and following up, which we see as integral to the future of our organizational communications.
• Coordinating and hosting employee recognition events and awards aligned with the company values and culture.
• Handle, monitor, give advice and solve the employees’ complaints and suggestions.
• Handle employee grievance management and ensure the company policy is implemented throughout the site.
• Counsel employees in work-related problems in various company communication channels.
• Employees’ well-being and working environment improvement.
• Employees’ sports/other clubs management.
• Ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations.
• Collaborates with legal counsel and departments in the preparation for and participation in negotiation with employee and labor groups.
Requirements
• Bachelor and above, preferably in business management, human resources, and communication major.
• Excellent English communication skills, especially in speaking and writing.
• Presenting and making a speech in front of a crowd is essential.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience. Interested in learning new things, flexible, dynamic, and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills team player with the ability to forge new partnerships that bridge people and organizations.
• Strong communicator, responsive to requests from employees and the management team.
• Able to work independently and see the big picture and the details.
