About this position

Compensation & Benefits Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role will work closely with senior management to ensure that compensation and benefits strategies are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Your main role is to:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, policies, and procedures related to compensation and benefits administration.
• Manage company’s clinic room and corporate hospital.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including group insurance, annual checkup, medical expense, retirement, leave policy, and others.
• Support on developing and implementing competitive compensation strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that compensation levels are competitive and aligned with industry benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable benefits laws and regulations.
• Oversee the enrollment, eligibility, and claims processes for employee benefits.
• Conduct regular compensation analysis and benchmarking studies to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits data to top-management.
• Participate in SEA-HR improvement projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions.
• Good English proficiency both speaking and written, Chinese language ability is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Logic thinking and Creativity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Having experience in a multi-national, large-scale organization, manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
