About this position

We are looking for an Automation Engineer and Automation Sr. Engineer who will be a part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize machine performance data to enhance efficiency.
• Develop automation processes to improve machine quality and productivity.
• Research and implement new technologies for tooling and equipment in the production line.
• Design automation projects and set up machine prototypes.
• Provide training and support for the transition of automation projects to the technician support team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient setup and integration of new technologies.
• Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate consistently and reliably.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Control Systems, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• A minimum of 0-4 years of experience in automation, including PLC, robots, servo motors, HMIs, stepping motors, and sensor systems. Familiarity with Delta automation equipment is a plus.
• Experience in interfacing Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and Machine-to-System (M2S) communication systems.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM, 3D/2D design software, Solidworks, product/process/tooling design, tools manufacturing, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of new technology implementation processes.
• Experience in designing processes for lean manufacturing.
