About this position
Your main role is to provide application support to users on day-to-day operations, ensuring services meet the SLA.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for application support users on day-to-day operation include helpdesk/authorization/other setting to ensure service meet the SLA.
• Responsible for review/report the application service request.
• Responsible for support on training/manual documentation, provide the training to user.
• Study/use the new technology/tool for smoothly support operation.
• Coordinate and operate for all new application support depend on new implementation/enhancement/upgrade.
• Responsible for all functions that is assigned by supervisor and CIO.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree of above in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, IT Management or Related.
• Experience at least 1-2 years in application support in area of manufacturing operation.
• Excellent service mind and communication skills.
• Fair in spoken and written in English.
• The desire to be a strong team player.
