About this position

Deloitte Thailand is seeking additional members to join their Marketing Communications team. The role involves working on Brand & Communications, Public Relations, and Event Management, contributing to the organization's culture of inclusion, high performance, and opportunity.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following tasks, but are not limited to:
• Manage communications by coordinating messaging, writing, editing, and translating content in Thai and English, including press releases, articles, social media content, marketing toolkits, client toolkits, speeches, video scripts, etc.
• Manage media relations and build strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate press conferences, interviews, and other media events.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, public and media opinion and social media conversations.
• Manage and distribute daily news clippings.
• Measure and analyse the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Other activities to support and expand Deloitte presence in the media.
• Plan, coordinate and organise marketing events, both internal and external, including client events and CSR activities.
• Act as a project manager to manage operational and administrative details of projects from beginning to end, within budget, timeline and meet expectations.
• Support staff to engage in activities and initiatives related to the corporate branding and communications strategies.
• Communicate and coordinate with parties concerned.
• Other administrative tasks, including the administration of firm membership and sponsorship programs, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Experience in public relations, communications, or marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in using social media and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and evaluate communication effectiveness.
