About this position

Position of Production Manager involves planning and controlling production processes, managing production personnel, monitoring and improving production processes, solving production problems, controlling production costs, setting quality standards for products, and supervising employees to ensure work is carried out according to plan.

Responsibilities

• วางแผนและควบคุมการผลิต
• จัดกำลังคนในการผลิต
• ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
• แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต
• ควบคุมต้นทุนการผลิต
• กำหนดมาตรฐานคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์
• กำกับดูแลการทำงานของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามแผน

Requirements

• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล
• มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการควบคุมการผลิตชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักร (กลึง,กัด,ใส)
