About this position

Dekoruma is seeking a creative powerhouse to lead brand communication and drive traffic to their stores, focusing on storytelling and innovative campaigns that resonate with local audiences.

Responsibilities

• Take our marketing and commercial briefs and turn them into must-see campaigns that make people want to visit our Dekoruma Experience Centers.
• Craft ideas that make our audience say, “I need to see this IRL now!”
• Balance big, creative concepts with a sharp focus on achieving business goals.
• Head up our production team—think photographers, motion experts, 3D renderers and videographers—who bring all our visual magic to life.
• Oversee every piece of content we create, from Instagram-worthy photos to TikTok hits, jaw-dropping OOH ads, and stunning in-store visuals.
• Ensure every piece we produce is eye-catching and effective in bringing customers to our Dekoruma Experience Centers.
• Tailor our campaigns and messaging to resonate with local audiences across Indonesia—without overcomplicating workflows.
• Stay agile to maximize the impact of localized campaigns while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Be the glue between creative magic and commercial goals. Every story and campaign you oversee will look amazing and deliver traffic to our Dekoruma Experience Centers.
• Work closely with marketing, commercial and merchandising team to keep our brand’s voice consistent across all platforms.

Requirements

• You’ve got 10+ years of experience in brand communication, campaign management, or creative production, with at least 3 years leading teams.
• You’ve worked with brands serving diverse, nationwide audiences, and you know how to make campaigns work across different regions.
• Your portfolio is packed with campaigns that deliver results.
• You’re a master storyteller who knows how to create emotional connections with customers.
• You’re a pro at balancing the needs of different markets while keeping the overall brand cohesive.
• You lead creative teams with passion and purpose, inspiring them to do their best work.
• You can juggle strategy, execution, and analytics with ease.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in retail, particularly in home and living, or targeted millennial and Gen Z audiences.
