About this position

A Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator is a professional responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and managing logistics activities within an organization. This role involves a combination of warehouse management and logistics coordination to ensure the efficient flow of goods through the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand while avoiding overstock situations
• Planning and optimizing warehouse layout, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of goods, and implementing best practices for warehouse operations
• Coordinating the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and overseeing the picking, packing, and shipping processes
• Managing transportation activities, including selecting carriers, scheduling shipments, and coordinating the movement of goods to meet delivery deadlines
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure that incoming and outgoing products meet specified standards and requirements
• Ensure good coordination and communication in facility and with other function as well

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, which should include leadership roles & experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination
• Outstanding communication and teamwork capabilities
• Strong people management skills
• Open to be based in Cikarang
