Responsibilities

I am the leader of the operations team. I set goals, manage safety, resources, and ensure the happiness of teammates to efficiently deliver products and services to customers in terms of quality, delivery time, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure the safety of people and property
• Get to know the site, how every technical system works, and where emergency stuff are located.
• Make sure alert systems are accessible and that evacuation instructions are followed.
• Follow crisis management procedures (DRP) and keep the site secure.
• Make sure everyone follows the site rules, especially when it comes to safety.
• Keep the site running smoothly.
• Help reduce costs per square meter and overall expenses through your actions and leadership.
• Work with the operation and safety team to analyze and create an action plan for each workplace accident in the area.

Requirements

Qualifications As Follow:
• Have sports passion and practice.
• Fluent English and Thai.
• Educational background or experience related to logistics and warehouse.
• Have experience of leading a team.
• Analytical skills with a business mindset.
• Good listener and dare to give your opinion.
• Can take decisions on your parameters.
• Adapt to change for the best service to customers.
