Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and compliance of accounts in line with accounting, tax, and social regulations.
• Lead and review reconciliation processes to maintain completeness and accuracy.
• Oversee the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and precise reporting.
• Develop, monitor, and enhance internal control processes to ensure compliance and improve efficiency.
• Support the preparation of statutory reports, including VAT, tax filings, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing insights and ensuring compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, including standardization and automation.
• Other duties as assigned, aligned with the evolution of the united and local organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting, financial planning & analysis, or auditing.
• Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, proactive in monitoring and anticipating scenarios.
• Communication Skills: Effective communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Adaptability: Hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Continuous Learner: Eager to upskill and contribute to the United team, particularly in finance transformation.
• Positive and Solutions-Oriented: Maintains a positive attitude, is focused on finding solutions, and is adaptable to change.
