About this position

Cover Warehousing Process Control and People management, focusing on handling, KPIs of stock accuracy and on-time delivery, together with 5 S, POP, safety and security in the accordance to the compliance.

Responsibilities

• Check, maintain, monitor and control the Stock accuracy for finished goods in the consistency with WMS
• Monitor and follow up Cycle Count for finished goods
• Manage, communicate, work, control receiving, put away, picking correctly to ensure that the any movement and transaction is according to work instruction
• Manage warehouse operation team to make sure finished goods are properly handled, stored and handling with damage free
• Translate the KPIs in to corrective and preventive actions to improve the warehouse operation as a whole
• Take a lead on the team meeting to ensure that the warehouse operation is controlled, maintained and developed correctly according to the operation and improvement plans
• Drive the warehouse operation team to correct and prevent any issues in warehouse process, ISO compliance and 5S & Safety
• Reconcile stock discrepancy
• Follow up with F/L and W/H operative in any issue concerning KPIs
• Coordinate with customers in any issue concerning the operations
• Record, Create the Irregular Issues Report to clients for further improvement
• Ad-hoc assignment per assigned by superiors
• Monitoring & controlling all claim process and reverse logistics

Requirements

• Experienced team builder and participant.
• Ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce to achieve desired results.
• Familiar with fast-pace environment and result focused.
• Familiar with WMS for components.
• Good at Presentation and Communication skill
• Initiatives & Human relation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 2-3 years working experience in supervisor level
• Logistics and Warehousing experience, especially component inventory controls.
• Exp. in online business, would be adventage.
• Able to work in shift for 6 working day.
• Able to respond e-mail in English with client and our CS team.
