About this position

Getting new business opportunity and maintain the existing customer under GPIS target accounts list to achieve GPI's budget, focusing specifically local account and cooperate account.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training to staffs when needed to increase staff's skill
• To achieve yearly revenue & GP target as mutually agreed
• Identify opportunity and keep hunting new business under GPIS market
• Manage customer visit as GPIS target
• RFQ, REP, RFI, Tender and quotation for assigned clients
• SOP and rate profile
• Conduct KPI Performance review together with operation manager as customer's requirement
• Customer credit review
• Revenue & GP on Monthly / Quarterly report
• DSO/Aging review with Finance & Operation Team
• Information/data required for new service, major business development campaigns and new business unit
• Update customer information, minute of meeting, pipeline, sale lead through Sales Cloud by weekly
• Customer questionnaires
• Join product development for new innovative solution to go beyond client's expectation
• Credit application
• Communication and cooperate with Schenker GPIS overseas together with other Thailand colleagues and other depts. Create GPIS strategies to sell more and grow faster under GPIS accounts list as agreed
• Other tasks as assigned by BD Manager GPIS Schenker Thailand
• Maintaining contract with the client organization and obtaining clarifications

Requirements

• Proficient in English skill and Fluence Mandarin Chinese
• Capable of using MS office such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoints
• Good communication skill to the people at all level
• Ability to work under pressure
• Completed at least bachelor's degree or higher in any fields
• Minimum 5 year experience in logistics freight forwarding business or projects management know how with minimum 3 years experience in the industry. Prefer experience in Renewable energy industry
