About this position

The Officer, LPI in Bangkok will be responsible for handling the preparation and application of LPI (License per Invoice) permits, coordinating with import customer service, verifying shipping documents, and other assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should have computer literacy, time management skills, LPI knowledge, good command of English, and at least 1 year of experience in Customs Clearance Field.

Responsibilities

- Timely handle to prepare set of apply the LPI (License per Invoice) / Permit / NSW application.
- Provide reports (if any)
- Coordinate to the Import Customer Service for receive the documents.
- Verify the accurate shipping documents before preparing the LPI permit.
- Contact to customer for question regarding LPI (if any).
- Perform other assigned jobs by Manager/ Supervisor.

Requirements

Computer literacy in MS Office will be advantaged.
Time management skills.
LPI knowledge skill will be advantaged.
Fair or good command in English.
Good personality, diligent and willing to work hard, self-responsibility.
Perform well under pressure.
At least 1 year of experience in Customs Clearance Field.
