Key Account Manager
About this position
This position is responsible for sales activities to maintain and deep selling existing clients and develop new relationships with potential clients in specific portfolio. Key account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with client, being the lead point of contact for all clients matters.
Responsibilities
• To Achieve Agree Sales Target in specific portfolio
• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between customers and DBS
• Anticipating key account changes and improvements
• Resolving key client’s issue and complaints
• Managing communications between Key Clients and DBS internal
• Strategic Planning to improve clients results
• Negotiate contracts with clients and establish timeline of performance
• Working with Tender, Pricing and Products to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and meet clients need
• Planning and presenting on account development and performance management for Direct report or HOD
• Analyzing clients data to provide customer relationship management
• Manage sales system (daily report, weekly report and opportunity pipeline report).
• Collaborating with Operation for Customer KPI
• Identify and develop new customer in Portfolio
• Achieve DSO according to company target.
Requirements
• Chinese speaking is a must
• Able to multitask, Prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Goal-oriented, Organized team player
• Encouraging to Peers and able to lead
• Self Motivated and Self Directed
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skill
• In depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
• Eager to expand new business
• Able to analyze data and translate result to better solutions
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic, Business administration, Sales or relevant Fields. Master’s Degree preferred
• 5-7 years previous work experience in Sales, Management key account or relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communicating skill must be a listener, Presenter and A people-person.
• Basic computer skill experience with CRM, Microsoft office and excel
• Strong negotiation skill, with ability to follow Through on clients contracts
• Ability to multitask and manage more than one customer account
• Proven results of delivering clients solutions and meeting Sales Target.
