Head of Vertical Market Industrial & Energy Mekong Cluster (base in Vietnam)
About this position
This position is manage and oversees KAM develop key growth sales strategics, Tactics and Action plans. Suceesful execution of these strategics is required to achieved financial targets and hitting annual agree target. Building and maintaining strong, Long lasting customes relationships.
Responsibilities
• Own and Hit/Exceed annual Sales Target in assigned specific portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve Sales target and Expand customer base.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Ensure Reports and other internal intelligence and insight is provided to KAM Team.
• Analyze and Validate pipeline and lead data, Deliver periodic report to KAM team, Provide business insight such as Pipeline, Conversation, Target accounts, Win Loss.
• Report on Key KPI related to opportunity waterfall in order to implement a closed gap compare with Budget.
• Work with KAM and teams to implement targets Sales Strategy.
• Planning and presenting on account development and performance management for Direct report or HOD.
• Work with Internal team on behalf of clients to ensure highest level of service.
• Maintain Sales staff by recruiting, Selecting, Orienting, training, coaching & developing employees as well as counseling and disciplining employees ( Planning, Monitoring and appraising job results).
• Understand and able to describe the compettitive landscape and market trends.
Requirements
• Proven Sales exective experience, Meeting/Exceed Sales Target.
• Demonstrate experience in Developing Clients focus, Differentiated and Achieved Solutions.
• Able to communicate, Present and influence various stakeholders, including C level.
• Proven success working in a fast paced, High growth environment.
• Keen business sense with ability to find creative business-oriented Solutions to Problems.
• Good at Reporting and Analyst.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as need.
• Ability to identify and solve Client issues strategically.
• Excellent listening, Negotiation and presentation Skills.
• Independence and strong Leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic, Business administration, Sales or relevants Field. Master’s Degree preferred.
• 10 years pevious work experience in Sales, Management key account or relevant experinece.
• Competent with Salesforce, Microsolf office.
