Executive, Business Development – Air Freight (Bangplee, Samutprakarn)
About this position
This position is responsible for account management to maintain existing customers and deep selling with assigned customers in their portfolio for over 12 months.
Responsibilities
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunity
• To Achieve yearly volume budget of assigned customer
• Prepare related information related with RFQ such as customer commercial analysis, competitor information to support tender
• System compliance such as opportunity pipeline & activity report in order to meet agreed KPIs.
• Manage rate request by using quotation system
• Coordinate with Schenker operation and customer for SOP update
• Customer’s KPI monthly, quarterly or yearly review
• Achieve DSO according to company target.
• Coordinate with Schenker Legal team & customer for contract extension
• Maintain and follow rules, regulations of company, safety & health and environmental rules
Requirements
• Excellent communication, Interpersonal, Problem-solving, presentation and organization skills
• Proficiency with sales management such as dashboard and CRM (user)
• Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Supply Chain and Logistics or related to the specific vertical market.
• Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
• 1-2 years in sales within freight forwarding or working in logistic industry
