Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales and grow market share.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that align with sales objectives and target markets.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the company's reach and influence.
Sales Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and procedures to achieve targets.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize sales operations.
Team Grooming and Development:
• Lead, mentor, and groom the sales and marketing team, setting performance goals and providing regular feedback.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge, focusing on improving performance and customer engagement.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages team members to grow, learn, and excel in their roles.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
Market Research & Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis and provide insights that guide product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience in sales strategy, client relationship management, and team leadership.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and groom a team to achieve high performance.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
• Passion for data, technology, and innovation.
• Experiences in Technical Sales (Tech product or AI Industry) a plus.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Fluent in English and Thai.
