About this position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development (BD) Manager to join our team. The BD Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and managing our sales operations and marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the team reaches its full potential through effective coaching, guidance, and development.

Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales and grow market share
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that align with sales objectives and target markets
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the company's reach and influence

Sales Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and procedures to achieve targets
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize sales operations

Team Grooming and Development:
• Lead, mentor, and groom the sales and marketing team, setting performance goals and providing regular feedback
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge, focusing on improving performance and customer engagement
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages team members to grow, learn, and excel in their roles

Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service

Market Research & Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
• Conduct market analysis and provide insights that guide product development and marketing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role
• Proven experience in sales strategy, client relationship management, and team leadership
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and groom a team to achieve high performance
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools
• Passion for data, technology, and innovation
• Experiences in Technical Sales (Tech product or AI Industry) a plus
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Fluent in English and Thai
