About this position
Danone Specialized Nutrition South East Asia is seeking a SEA Research & Innovation User Experience Senior Manager to drive user-centric strategies and foster collaboration across teams, ensuring that consumer insights are at the heart of product development.
Responsibilities
• Working as UX leader for the region and working closely with the other UX leaders in SN Asia, finding efficiency driving the UX strategy linked to business priorities.
• Ensure strong connection with the SN UX global team, defining a clear roadmap and priorities to accelerate User centricity within SEA organization.
• Upskilling the teams in user centricity and innovation insight capabilities.
• Ensuring that the user is always at the center of all our decision/activities.
• Understand and anticipate business and key stakeholders needs.
• Build, priorities and deliver the roadmap (activating synergies with S&I) reflecting a strong learning and activation agenda, short and long term, allowing R&I to unleash great and unique product experiences and stories.
• Implement, manage, and deliver efficient and leading-edge consumer and sensory research throughout the product development process, both DIY and by leveraging the right partners inside and outside.
• Uncover relevant user pain points / delighters / sensory insights and translate them into tangible actions for the development of meaningful user experiences.
• Pilot budget and adequate resources.
• Be the catalyst of a consumer centric organization and drive consumer empathy: be the change agent to put consumer at the heart of product & pack development to ensure outstanding and unique products experience in line with the positioning of our brands for greater market success.
• Catalyze and fuel innovation and renovation agenda with trends, user perception, user journeys.
• Ensure definition of user centric challenge, development of desired user experiences, and early and iterative user feedback throughout the product development.
• Run user-centric design sprints, co-creation and activation workshops, lean testing with S&I.
• Monitor product superiority.
• Ensure high degree of collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive user-centric product development journeys.
• Constructively influence key stakeholders to integrate the user voice in projects, from insight hunting to the adequate validation process.
• Build and nurture the collaborations with suppliers (Sensory & Consumer Agencies, Flavor.
