About this position

Danone Specialized Nutrition (Thailand) is seeking for Project Engineer Assistant Manager. Responsibilities

• Accountable and responsible for WISE2 (Being Healthy and Safe at work everywhere, every day), iCare (Excelling in quality everywhere, every day, to deliver out promises), Nature (preserving & renewing our planet’s resources) and Compliance (ensuring ethical business practices).
• Monitor, manage, following up and complete Company projects (Engineering, Facilities, Utilities, Machinery, etc.) as planned.
• Participate and collaborate in Environment and Energy conservation projects.
• Manage and monitor contractors to work comply with company policies/guideline and standards.
• Implement project management system to be inline and within budget, project deliverable within timeline, ensure qualify process and achieve company and government standards and requirements including project transfer smoothly to relevant team.
• Ensure engineering activities support productivity.
• Support company audits (Internal & External) i.e. ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO5001, WISE2, etc.
• Coach and develop team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years in Engineering Project Management from FMCG industry would be advantage.
• Experienced in program design AutoCAD/Sketchup 3D including sustainable design and solution.
• Have knowledge and familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO5001.
• Good interpersonal skills and well organize.
• Good communication skills and able to manage different level of stakeholders.
• Team management and development.
• Good command of English and computer literacy.
• Able to relocate to work in Bangplee Industrial estate, Samutprakarn province.
