About this position

Danone Specialized Nutrition Thailand is seeking for HRBP Support to drive strategic HR projects and support business requirements, contributing to sustainable business performance through people growth.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partner Manager and function leadership team to drive strategic HR Projects through progressive project management skills to support business requirements.
• Acting as a change agent, leading and implementing HR programs and initiatives such as employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, organizational development, and culture transformation.
• Ensure that responsible HR projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the specified objectives, contributing to the overall strategic goals of the organization.
• Assisting with routine HR tasks such as data entry in HR system, people movement process, maintaining employee records and organize necessary reports.
• Ensuring compliance of HR process and policies within responsible functions.
• Looking for the opportunity in existing HR processes for better efficiency. Review and propose idea and plan to improve employee experience.
• Being responsible for recruitment assignments of non-manager position, including proactively searching for active and passive job seekers, conducting primary profile screening, and interviewing for relevant job criteria within targeted time.
• Building talent pipeline for frequent vacant positions.
• Supporting non-functional Sales & HN training and development program and process such as training calendar, communication, training record and budget.
• Be an internal HR consultant to provide guidance and advice on HR expertise to employee in responsible department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any Human Resources related fields.
• At least 3 years in administration or human resource management function.
• Fair to good English communication.
• Some HR development project experiences will be an advantage.
• Strong communication.
• Strong Interpersonal skills.
• Project Management.
• Knowledge of human resources development and employment law.
