Healthcare Nutrition Analyst Assistant Manager
About this position
Danone Specialized Nutrition (Thailand) is seeking a Healthcare Nutrition Analyst Assistant Manager to support their mission of bringing health through food. The role focuses on collaboration, data analysis, and providing insights to improve business performance.
Responsibilities
• Being a SPOC for collaborate with Solution team to monitor HCP engagement and recommendation in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness follow as below lists.
• Data tracking support from all sources and focus on resource input vs performance output
• Provide data inputs and insights for HN solution team to find business opportunity to strengthen Territory Business Management
• Measurement of campaign performance to analyze HN activation effectiveness
• Aid Solution team for effective monitoring and prioritization activation campaign
• Ensure accuracy of data & deliverables of reporting with comprehensive processes
• Lead to examine, interpret and report results and business impact of analytical initiatives to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Enable internal clients to access, explore and monitor data, as well as perform analysis and share insights
• Deliver meaningful/ impactful business analysis with recommendation to share with Cross functional Teams
• Be a WISE committee/representative for HN department or any other appointment
• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or any related filed
• Strong working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources
• Experience using analytic techniques to contribute data accuracy within timeline
• Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
• Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills
• Fluent in English
• 3-5 years of experience in a data-driven function monitoring, managing, manipulating, and drawing insights from data
