About this position

Danone Specialized Nutrition (Thailand) is seeking an Assistant Import Export Manager to support their mission of bringing health through food. The role emphasizes the importance of talent and personal growth to achieve sustainable business performance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately preparing and filing customs duty refund for export business in a timely manner including monitoring and update tax refund monthly and advance projections for Customs Section 29)
• Monitoring updates relating to Import & Export legislation
• Managing Customs advance ruling with Customs department for existing/ new materials/ Finished goods
• Liaising with other related function for new raw materials to support projects
• Managing Raw material Quota or using Customs Section 29 for import Raw material
• Formulation registration for Customs Section 29
• Scheduling export shipment & Loading Date for Oversea Customs
• Preparing Export Documents (Health Cert., Form D, Cert. of Origin, Invoice, Packing Lists, Export Entry, B/L) & Delivering Goods as Purchase Orders
• Manage and supervise to ensure smooth operations and standard of services can be achieved (OTIF)
• Coordinate with customs for export shipment and solve day to day operational problems
• Analysis and planning export orders and set up a requirement of goods and exporting date or the warehouse to prepare the goods to meet the customer’s needs
• Controlling transportation of export orders as per loading plan
• Coordinate with Supply planner/ Customs broker (shipping Agent)/ and loading operation at 3PL factory

Requirements

• Relevant experience in import/export operations
• Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
