Account Executive (Northeast)

Danone Specialized Nutrition (Thailand) is seeking for Account Executive (Able to work in Northeast area). Responsibilities
• Ensure excellent execution in the stores by creating & maintaining excellent relationship with Store Manager and staff
• Ensure excellent sales fundamental in the stores are achieved (no out-of-stock, right distribution and assortment, new product on-shelf, good shelving, promotion and merchandising, right pricing)
• Comply with company's policies and processes in stores execution
• Follow-up with other functions (internal & external) to ensure in-field execution (premiums, POP materials, stocks, etc)
• Coach and develop PC in control to work as per their R&R
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related fields
• At least 1 years related experience in modern trade, preferably in FMCG business
• Strong self-motivation and commitment towards sales target achievement
• Ability to work independently with high accountability
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Good for MS office (Excel, Powerpoint)
