It is one of the world leaders in the production of steel plants, in particular in the long products segment, where it owned more than 60% market share in 2000.

About this position

The Project Management (Service) position involves coordinating with customers from contract signing to delivery, supervising subordinate teams, and managing job-related tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and coordinate with customer from contract sign till delivery.
• Update job progress to customer time by time.
• Direct communication customer and notify to relate departments for any change requirement from customer.
• Follow up procurement to ensure on time delivery from supplier.
• Follow up Warehouse for on time receiving and transferring materials to packing.
• Follow up Shipping to ensure on time delivery to customer.
• Prepare Bill of Materials and Quality control profile which required for each material.
• Issue Material Request to Buyer and support information for Purchase order to supplier.
• Give shipping instruction to shipping department for the delivery to customer follow to the contract.
• Taking care of claim items from customer.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Auto-Cad.
• Advance knowledge of MS office word, excel, power point.
• Experience in SAP/Oracle system is highly preferable.
• English (spoken and written).
