Aftersales Pricing and Product Management
About this position
The position of Aftersales Pricing and Product Management at PT Daimler Commercial Vehicles Indonesia involves developing After-Sales products and pricing strategies to enhance parts sales and overall business growth while ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
Responsibilities
• Developing After-Sales products to maximize parts sales and overall After-Sales business growth, by providing excellent After-Sales products based on market needs.
• Responsible in developing pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness level of Mercedes-Benz genuine parts in the market in the same time providing sufficient margin contribution to generate excellent business operation.
• Developing discount structure of parts for dealers and fleet customers to support business growth and ensure level acceptance of profitability for MPC and dealer.
• Main Task (but not limited to):
- Aftersales Product Development
- Parts Packages Development and Special Net Price (SNP) Program
- Pricing Strategy
- Develop, Process and track fleet customer Programs
- Customer Centric Program
- Compliance
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above with adequate analytical skill, supply chain management knowledge and strong product development background.
• Minimum 5 years related working experience in the Automotive business, strong background in analysis, planning, and reporting.
• Sufficient experience in sales, marketing campaign, supply chain management, promotion & reporting.
• Excellent communication skill both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent in analytical skill especially in pricing strategy.
• Disciplined in creating consistent data analysis and reports.
• Good negotiation skill.
• Target oriented person with passion and able to work in high pressure.
• Excellent computer literate, excellent in Ms Office – Word, Power Point and Advance Excel.
• Good Knowledge of Parts Business in Indonesia market.
• Comprehensive knowledge of dealer standard.
• Good working performance individually as well as in a team.
• Experience in analyzing and presenting data.
• Excellent understanding of compliance and anti-trust regulations.
