About this position
Responsibilities
• Monitoring achievement of Quality performance in weekly report for DPU Customer Product Audit, Manufacturing Product Audit, Measurement System, SPC, and Market Claim problem.
• Ensuring that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016
• Manage process, product, and system audit (Internal and External). Follow up findings close communication with other business process.
• Manage and prepare quality documentation and reports by analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, corrective actions, and re validations witheffective PDCA (Plan Do Check Action).
• Monitoring and evaluate the day to day operation of internal audit, Torque audit, issued IAR and closely follow up the countermeasure and the effectiveness.
• Ensure readiness of quality document preparation for development and SOP of new model According to defined timeline.
• Controlling Calibration, Measurement System, Torques audit and SPC according to the schedule.
• Conduct "Product Audit display meeting" & finding in product audit portal only.
• Conduct buy off process and PDI Inspection before delivery vehicles to customer.
• To follow up non conformity product from after sales, clarification, verification and analysis the problem with the proper countermeasure.
• Participate in "Field Quality Topics" conduct by After Sales team and DICV.
• Control Department budget for overhead and investment.
• Supervise, Training and counsel employees on quality management practices and quality awareness.
• Develop individual ability by attending the mandatory training and other skill development program training.
• Develop individual discipline by attending daily morning meeting on time.
Requirements
• Bachelor/Master of Engineering (Mechanical or Automobile).
• 7-10 years of experience in automobile OEM, preferably Commercial Vehicle Industry.
• Sound exposure to Quality Assurance methods in the Automotive Industry.
• Strong knowledge in problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis.
• Certified Lead auditor ISO 9001:2015 is preferred.
• Understanding IATF 16949 requirements, VDA 6.3 and Core Tools.
• Exposure to Production, Planning, Procurement, Supplier Management.
• Experience in Customer support and Supplier Management.
• English and Bahasa Indonesia on a professional level.
